We will meet to discuss your event, beginning with your budget and goals.  We will guide you through all aspects of the process to ensure an unforgettable event. 

If you do not necessarily need full coordination of your event and only need help with parts of the planning process, we can assist with that.  This could include selection of venues, selection of vendors, or timelines to help with the organization of the event.  We will provide as much consultation as you need.

Once the contract is signed, we will coordinate your entire event, and provide as much consultation and advice as you desire.  Our services may include, but are not limited to, initial date selection and budgeting, site and vendor selection, maintaining invitation lists and responses, entertainment selection, floral and theme decor selection.  A complete event planning service, Event To Remember offers professional event execution including reviewing all contracts, and contacting all the necessary vendors prior to the event for any final details and preparation.  We will schedule a comprehensive meeting with you to go over all the final details.  Partnering with you, we provide ongoing communication throughout the planning process.  We will provide onsite services the day of your event to coordinate all aspects of the event and take care of any last minute details.  A detailed, customized Day of Event Timeline is provided at no additional charge.  This will provide you peace of mind to enjoy your celebration.

At Event To Remember, we do not charge by the hour.  We set a flat fee based on your needs.  We do not want you to feel rushed or feel as if you are being charged for every question or phone call.
